Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce
The International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is the voice of world business championing the global economy as a force for economic growth, job creation and prosperity.
The ICC activities cover a broad spectrum, from arbitration and dispute resolution to making the case for open trade and the market economy system, business self-regulation, fighting corruption or combating commercial crime.
Since commencing operations in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, SIAC has established a track record for providing best-in-class arbitration case management to the global business community.
The Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) was established in March 2014 as an independent, not-for-profit company. The SIMC aims to provide best-in-class mediation services and products targeted at the needs of parties in cross-border commercial disputes, particularly those based in Asia.
Hosting an experienced panel of international mediators drawn from Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe as well as North and South America, SIMC will offer, amongst other things, professional appointing authority and case management services under the SIMC Rules. Mediation at SIMC will come with the unique benefit of enforceability as settlement agreements may be made consent awards under an Arb-Med-Arb Protocol between the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and SIMC.
