Maxwell Chambers Suites link bridge wins BCA Design and Engineering Safety Award

The link bridge that connects both Maxwell Chambers and Maxwell Chambers Suites was one of the recipients of the Building and Construction Authority's (BCA) Design and Engineering Safety Award. Mr Aaron Foong, managing director of KTP Consultants, a member of Surbana Jurong Group was tasked with designing and constructing the 20m-long overhead bridge to both buildings. Maxwell Chambers Suites Officially Opens Today Giving Yet Another Boost to Singapore’s Legal Hub Position

Heritage And Photography Groups First To Preview Maxwell Chambers Suites

50 Students From 13 Schools Appointed Singapore Convention Youth Ambassadors

INSOL International Establishes First Overseas Office in Singapore

Maxwell Chambers Wins Architectural Heritage Award

In October 2012, Maxwell Chambers was conferred an Architectural Heritage Award from the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) of Singapore for heritage building conservation and restoration. URA noted that the former Customs House building, which was built in the 1930s, had been “impressively refurbished” through an “intriguing fusion of old and new”. The building was gazetted as a conservation building by the URA in 2007, and marked as the 88th historic site in Singapore by the National Heritage Board in 2010....

In Global Arbitration Review’s (GAR) Hearing Centres Survey (2016), survey respondents remarked that Maxwell Chambers “stands out for the variety of room sizes, layouts to choose from, good natural lighting, easy availability and user-friendliness,“ and its “24-hour availability and holistic support“. It was also found that Maxwell Chambers is ranked second for most of the key factors respondents look out for in choosing a hearing centre, such as location, IT services, and helpfulness of staff.
